Wolves BJJ is a Brazilian jiu jitsu gym that opened with no existing online presence. We approached them with a proposal to build a modern, responsive site that would help them stand out locally and make it easy for new students to get started. The site was built using Vue for speed and responsiveness, with a design that follows the gyms branding and keeps key information such as schedule, location and pricing easy to access on mobile. We integrated a bilingual AI chatbot that can answer questions in both English and Portuguese. Using retrieval from the live timetable and gym information, the assistant can handle queries about classes, membership options and practical details in a way that feels tailored to the gym. In the first month after launch the website helped the gym bring in around twenty seven new members, and it remains responsible for the majority of sign ups today. With a Google Business Profile in place and strong search performance, Wolves BJJ now appears prominently for BJJ gyms in their local area.
