MBE Taxis

MBE Taxis came to us after being recommended by the owner of Castles4U. Their existing website was dated, hard to use on mobile and barely visible in Google, which meant many potential fares were going elsewhere. We designed and built a fresh, mobile-first site that feels like an extension of the service you get in the car. The new booking journey makes it easy for people to request a taxi on any device, with clear calls to action and simple options for local journeys, airport runs and regular trips. As part of the build we linked the site directly to their app listings on the App Store and Google Play, and integrated WhatsApp so customers can get in touch through the channels they already use every day. On top of that, we put a local SEO strategy in place so the site is properly structured for Harwich and the surrounding areas. Since launch, MBE Taxis has moved onto the first page of Google for taxis in their area and is seeing a strong uplift in calls and online bookings. We also manage their ongoing SEO and social media, which has helped grow their following and engagement and kept the booking pipeline busy as the business considers expanding.
