Clacton Cab Company

Clacton Cab Company came to us as a new operator that needed a modern, trustworthy online presence. They wanted a way for people to find them easily, book cabs without friction and to encourage more of the longer airport and out of town trips that are most valuable to the business. We designed a simple, responsive site that makes it easy for visitors to call or book a journey at the tap of a button on mobile. Contact routes are clear and deliberately focused so more of the right kind of enquiries reach the office. As part of the project we supported their SEO and visibility work, helping them reach the first page of Google for key local search terms within the first couple of months. We also produced drone video content for adverts which helped their Instagram gain close to one thousand followers and drove more attention to the brand. The new site has streamlined their operations, increased bookings and helped shift the balance of work towards the longer airport and long haul trips they were targeting, rather than only short in town jobs.
