First Bikes is a motorcycle workshop in Clacton that focuses on MOTs, servicing and repairs. As a new company they needed a site that would help launch the business properly and give riders confidence when booking. We met with them, agreed a simple but strong concept and designed a site that they were happy to move forward with. The build and launch turnaround was around three days, so they could start promoting the workshop and taking enquiries almost immediately. The website includes a booking tool that captures motorcycle registration details, pulls back the key information using an external lookup, and combines that with the customer name, contact details and required services. The request is then formatted into a clear message and sent via WhatsApp, which fits the way many customers already communicate. Within a few weeks of purchasing the domain and our initial meeting, First Bikes reached the first page of Google for important local searches such as motorcycle MOT in Clacton, motorcycle repairs and servicing. They have continued to hold strong positions since, and the site now supports a busy and growing workshop as they expand into projects like Clacton Storage.
