Castles4U is a bouncy castle and inflatables hire company working with families, schools and local events. Before we got involved, they relied heavily on manual phone calls and messages to handle enquiries, which made it hard to keep on top of availability and safety checks during busy periods. We designed and built a modern booking experience that brings everything into one place. Customers can now choose dates and times, provide access details and confirm key information in a single, simple flow that works perfectly on mobile. Safety is built into the journey, with clear messaging around weather conditions and responsibilities, so everyone understands what is required before the booking is confirmed. Behind the scenes, the system gives Castles4U a clearer view of what is booked and when, reducing admin and cutting down on back-and-forth messages. The streamlined online journey has helped contribute to a seven-fold uplift in summer bookings compared to their previous busy season, and gives them a solid base to expand into new products and locations.
