Bear Loft Storage

Bear Loft Storage is a new company based in Ingatestone in Essex that specialises in loft services, from storage solutions to improvements and conversions. They needed a brand and website that would clearly explain what they do and help convert interest into booked surveys and quotes. We designed and built a 3D influenced website that acts as a digital brochure for their services. It explains the different types of loft work available, showcases example projects and makes it simple for visitors to understand whether Bear Loft Storage is a good fit for their home. To support lead generation we custom trained an AI chatbot to act as a sales advisor. It can answer common questions, capture key details and take booking requests at any time of day, feeding enquiries into the team in a structured format. This combination of always on lead capture, a clear service overview and integrated Google Business Profile has helped Bear Loft Storage take bookings around the clock, free up time on the phone and improve the efficiency of their overall lead generation process.
