The Aesthetic Touch

The Aesthetic Touch in Colchester was one of our early projects in the aesthetics space. They needed a website that would reflect the quality of their treatments and give clients confidence when booking for the first time. We designed a responsive site that integrates tightly with their Fresha booking system so that visitors can move smoothly from browsing treatments into choosing dates and times that work. Treatment pages explain what is involved and what results clients can expect, with clear routes to ask questions or request appointments. To support this we built a custom AI chatbot that is trained on their treatment information, aftercare guidance and general safety considerations. It acts as both a sales assistant and a consultant, answering common questions in a consistent way and helping to reassure clients before and after appointments. The site is linked to their Google Business Profile so that reviews and local visibility feed into a single, strong presence. Over time this combination has helped the clinic grow its reputation, attract more bookings and provide a smoother experience for new and returning clients.
