Boulevard Logistics

Boulevard Logistics is based in Northern Ireland and provides pallet shipping and vehicle hire across mainland GB and Northern Ireland. Before working with us, pricing and routing were managed through a collection of spreadsheets, which took a lot of manual time to update and increased the risk of errors. We designed and built a responsive website with a custom booking engine that reflects the way their business runs. The system accounts for profit margins, distance thresholds and mark ups and can automatically turn away work that would not be viable because of distance or cost. Behind the scenes there is a simple interface that lets the team adjust key variables such as fuel tariffs and pricing rules without touching code or spreadsheets. This has turned a slow and error prone process into something they can manage in minutes. Since launch the site has started taking a steady stream of bookings within the first month, helping Boulevard Logistics extend their reach online while keeping control of pricing and profitability.
